		<description>Currently,  I live in the reputed Minnesota fly-over zone, lived and worked in London, New York and Paris but I never bought into Midwestern inferiority complexes. It just doesn't ruffle my feathers...

		<description>Boy, Robb, did you miss the boat.  There is no hating Europe. The commetn about Mpls not being in Europe is similar to the New York cover you reference.  Sad but true.  You must not be from the "fly-over Midwest" or you would have caught the "joke".</description>

OK, Brantley and Bergman got a bit confused about where Minneapolis is in relation to Times Square in New York. Haven't you seen Saul Steinberg's &lt;a href="http://www.thinkandthrive.com/kb/images/P_newyorker.jpg" rel="nofollow"&gt;New Yorker magazine cover&lt;/a&gt; with their view of the world from Manhattan?

At least they did not say ERS's "The Great Gatsby (GATZ)" was "..performed somewhere out near Kansas..."</description>
