Awhile back we linked to an anime artist’s rendering of The Simpson’s. Now here’s the Peanuts gang, manga-style. (That’s a pretty troubled-looking Charlie Brown; the result of an entire childhood with Lucy yanking the football away just as he’s about to kick?)

Via the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco’s blog; if you haven’t checked out the museum’s exhibition Tezuka: Marvel of Manga, be sure to get there before it closes September 9.

  4. These are fantastic to look at! A while ago there was an episode of South Park where they turned the boys in to anime styled characters! Thank you for posting this!

  5. Heh, dfinitely reminds me of a Manga Edition of a Young Lex Luthor. Yea, I could totally picture him getting revenge somehow on Van Pelt for the football incidents.
