I noticed this afternoon that Walker curator Betsy Carpenter has an “I [block] Judd” bumpersticker in her office, remiscent of our “Think about honking if you [heart] conceptual art” version. Apparently, it’s part of Marfa Book Company’s complete line of Donald Judd-inspired merchandise, which also includes a “WWDJD?” sticker: What would Donald Judd do?
I must confess that when I saw a guy in a green “I [shamrock] Irish” t-shirt yesterday, I wondered why he was so interested in clubbing Celts like me…
