Apparently you’re never too young for modular homes. For just under three grand, your kids can be throwing lavish tea parties (with Alessi cups and Rashid chairs, no less) in Velocity’s modernist prefab playshed. It’s kind of like the Modern-Shed, a grown-up version for stowing hoes and lawnmowers, but way cheaper and in a wider array of colors.
