		<description>Thanks for this great post.  I sure wish we had it when originally starting our own iTunes U area - it would have helped a lot!  We too found the upload process at iTunes U problematic and frustrating (to put it mildly).  Just the fact that you have to apply metadata to files prior to upload... then re-upload if metadata has to be changed ...well, it is more than a nightmare and one of the smallest quirks in the system, but one of the most significant problems.  Also, we found the inefficiency of the upload process to be a major problem especially working with a very small staff and not a lot of time. Every time we have to upload new material, I cringe at the effort I know it will take.</description>
