Hi Justin, I would love to get a hold of your wxr automatic dumper script. I need to actually upgrade my own wpmu site, and am fearing the havoc it might bring on my database. I have long since felt a way to automate dumping of the wxr files for the individual blogs to the files folder would help in emergency data loss situations, and would greatly benefit from your own script (even thought it wasn't written specifically for this purpose).

Thanks!

Hi Justin, We have just installed WordpressMU at the Minnesota Historical Society and are looking to use it for our future blogs. Thanks for posting your work on updating and moving your old WP blogs to WPMU. At some point we are going to be doing the same and I agree with your assessment that Wordpress has no easy solution to do it. Your documentation is very helpful!
