Hello out there !

I set up the MACHFELD (SL) art-project group in SL.
This Group is for all Artists working in: Media Art, Short Film, Interactive Art, Performance, Comic, Net Art and Transdisziplinary Art.

We explore the possibilities of SL-ART!
And we think itīs more interesting to make Art out of sl than show Real-Life Art there...

On the outher hand we are interstet in SL and RL Art-collaboration projects all over the world.

Visit our website for more informations about us and our work:

http://www.machfeld.net

cheers,

Second Life seems to have a lot of potential for Museums, but with limited time and budgets it will take a large venue making something impressive to kick off real investment in this virtual world. That said, if a established real world venue did make the leap in to Second Life with a well put together virtual venue, they would get a lot of publicity both online and offline.
