How fitting for this film to premiere at this festival. Ms. Walker and Ms. Lightning are two women with extraordinary vision, to be sure. I had the great fortune to have worked on this film and have seen first-hand the talent, drive and spirit they both brought to the set every day. I feel privileged to have been a part of bringing their vision and this important part of the history of the Native people of North America to the screen. I can't wait to see the finished film!

An extremely interesting interview with a woman of great artistic vision and thoughtfulness. Her passion in her art is evident from the interview. Many movies have so little meaning that they are forgotten a few days after seeing them in the theater. We look forward to seeing this movie soon.
