Name: Tasha Isberner
Occupation: Nanny & Photographer
City/Neighborhood: NE Minneapolis
Open Field Activity: Project Beautiful
Description: Accept the doppelganger challenge! Participants of all ages are invited to get their photo taken wearing NO MAKEUP and then dared to use those head shots to represent them on their social media outlets such as Facebook/Twitter/Tumblr for one week. Project Beautiful is a burgeoning movement with the mission of helping individuals discover their natural beauty. Fight society’s false messages about beauty. Show your true self and embrace your individual perfection. Why not show the world who you really are? Are you up for the challenge?
Date of Activity: August 11, 2012, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

1. Fill-in-the-blank: _______________ is what we make together.

Beauty is what we make together.

2. What brought you to Open Field?

My partner in crime, Ari Woeste, a local designer and designer for Project Beautiful and ihavenoflaws.com, suggested it to me!

3. Who do you dream of attending your activity?

Literally, EVERYONE. Young-Old, Male-Female, Any race! Anyone that wants to show off the real beautiful them!

4. Describe your favorite summer memory.

All the memories from going up to Eveleth, MN to visit my grandparents. The entire family would go and fish, grill, swim, play games, and laugh. I’ll never forget when I was about 10 years old my older sister pushed my mom into the lake off the dock! She was so upset but none of us will ever forget how funny it was.

5. What other Open Field activity are you looking forward to this summer?

Acoustic Campfire events look awesome!

6. What is your favorite summer song?

I’m going to have to go with Summer Girls by LFO ! What girl didn’t like that song growing up?! So cheesy but so good.
